The governor's package has moved through committee.

The following bills go to House floor without amendments:

HB 1231: Lose license for two years for third degree feticide. Third degree feticide includes death in any motor vehicle (boat, car, etc.) Currently, law mandates two-year suspension for manslaughter, vehicular homicide and negligent homicide.

HB 1236: Suspension of driver's license for removing interlock device.

HB 1240: Requires offenders to have a special identification mark on their license if required to have an interlock device. This bill goes hand in hand with HB 1236. Offender must also have the interlock device in the primary vehicle they drive.
