LIVINGSTON- Parish leaders moved forward with hopefully cementing the future of a huge retail development project in Livingston Parish.

Thursday night, Livingston Parish Council agreed to business deals that sets-up the parish with the Juban Crossing project.

Juban Crossing planned to have about 1,200,000 square feet. The development will be at the intersection of Juban Road and I-12. Currently, it's a vast empty plot of land.

Sources tell WBRZ News 2, the project could break ground in the spring. It is years behind schedule.
