Crab Tacos

Crab mix 1 oz.
Crab sauce 4 oz.
Lettuce 4 oz.
Spicy mayo 2 oz.
Tortilla 4 ea.


Butter 2 tbs.
Green pepper 1/2 oz.
Red pepper 1/2 oz.
Corn 1 oz.
Serranos 1/4 oz.
Heavy cream 1/4 cup
Sugar 1 Tbs.

Crab Fingers

Crab Meat 1/2 lb.
Panko 1 Cup
Cilantro 1/3 Cup
Green bell pepper 1/3 Cup
Mayo 1/4 Cup
Egg 1
Lemon juice 1 Tbs.
Garlic 1/4 tbsp.
Salt 1 tbsp.


In a sauté pan put the 2 table spoon of butter
Cook the corn, green and red bellpepper, until tender.
Add sugar and mix it
Add heavy cream and let it reduce.
In a fryer, build your crab fingers and fry them for 3 min.
Build your tacos, crab, lettuce, sauce and spicy mayo.
