BATON ROUGE - The last victim from a drunk driving car crash that killed six others will be laid to rest today.
13-year-old Rogerick Johnson Jr. succumbed to his injuries last week. His grandmother, his mother, three siblings and a friend also died. They were buried last week.
According to State Troopers, 30-year-old Brett Gerald was driving drunk when he hit them on Plank Road in Slaughter. He was given a $1 million bond on vehicular homicide charges yesterday.
Services will be held for Johnson at God's Vineyard Baptist Church on 8486 Harry Dr. in Baton Rouge at noon.
