LaSalle Parish deputy arrested on rape charges
JENA - A sheriff's deputy in LaSalle Parish has been arrested on forcible rape and domestic battery charges.
State police investigators arrested Clarence Breland Jr. today.
Trooper Scott Moreau says Breland is being held at the LaSalle Parish Detention Center without bond.
State police have not released any details about their investigation.
