Lane closure causes delays on I-12 East near Livingston

LIVINGSTON - All lanes I-12 have repoened near the Livingston exit after an accident.

After initially closing both lanes, authorities have now reopened all lanes to traffic. 

Congestion from this incident is now minimal.
