A 43-year-old man from Labadieville, accused of raping a juvenile and threatening to "kill her if she told anyone," is being held without bond in Assumption Parish.

A 17-year-old girl told sheriff's deputies Johnell Nora (pictured above) raped her and made the threats. Additionally, she claims he had inappropriate relations with her when she was 16.

The girl was taken to a hospital and a sexual identification kit linked Nora through DNA.

Nora is charged with forcible rape and indecent behavior with a juvenile.
