BATON ROUGE - Authorities arrested a Prairieville woman today in Mississippi, after they said she went on a crime spree across both states.
Tracy Mayo, 37, was arrested in Bay St. Louis and accused of committing burglaries and thefts in several Louisiana and Mississippi communities.
According to the Attorney General's Office, Mayo stole credit cards, checks and vehicles from Ascension, East Baton Rouge, Livingston, Tangipahoa and St. Tammany parishes as well Mississippi. She's also suspected of carrying methamphetamine.
Mayo was booked into the Hancock County jail in Mississippi. She'll be charged with numerous theft, fraud and drug charges.
