Louisiana has hired an independent administrator to perform a comprehensive review of BP's oil spill
claims process.

Cannon Cochran Management Services Inc. will also look at the effect of social, human, and workforce development services on the process.

They will also provide technical support and consulting for negotiations for claims information, reviewing the claims process and assisting in the development of requests.
