LA 30 back open after tanker truck wreck
BATON ROUGE - Officials have re-opened a state highway in Ascension Parish after a tanker truck turned over this morning, releasing a chemical.
LA 30 and 3115 south of St. Gabriel were re-opened at 3:10 p.m. after the wreck this morning.
Louisiana State Police had said the truck was carrying a sulfurous acid, and that there had been a release at the scene.
There's no word of any injuries from this morning's wreck.
