OMAHA, Ne. - Not many fly balls clear the fence at TD Ameritrade Park, but not all of them have been hit by Mason Katz. The Tiger senior first baseman put the first run of the ballgame on the board, giving LSU the lead 1-0.

Katz was 2-for-17 before the at bat. The home run cleared the left field fence by 10+ feet, hitting the back wall of the outfield bullpen.

Christian Ibarra ended the fourth inning, after the score, with his second long fly ball to the left field warning track.
