JUST IN: Hugo Chavez dead at 58

VENEZUELA- Hugo Chavez, the country's president has died.
The vice-president announced his death late Tuesday afternoon.
Chavez had been undergoing cancer treatment, and had surgery as recently as December.
Chavez was 58-years-old.
