A federal jury rejected claims police in New Orleans unlawfully arrested two men filming officers on a Mardi Gras parade route three-years ago.
Greg Griffith and Noan Learned sued saying the police department has a history of arresting and threatening people who videotape, photograph or observe officers.
But the seven-member jury said otherwise. It ruled officers Brian Harrison and D'Meecko Hughes had probable cause to arrest the two men and they did not use excessive force.
