Jury selection begins in LSU student murder case
BATON ROUGE - Jury selection started Monday in the trial for one of two men accused of killing two LSU graduate students six-years ago.
Casey Gathers faces a murder charge that could send him to prison for life and the jury is being picked for his trial.
Michael Lewis is also charged with murder in the killing of two students at the Edward Gay apartments on the LSU campus.
Judge Chip Moore issued a gag order during jury selection, barring lawyers from talking about the case.
