Judge sells Exxon stock before drilling ruling
A federal judge who overturned President Obama's six-month deepwater drilling ban says he learned he owned stock after he heard the case.
U.S. District Judge Martin Feldman has asked his broker to sell the stocks as soon as the market opened on June 22. He says he does not know whether he made a profit or not on the stocks.
His broker informed him that the stocks were sold prior to him striking down the ban.
