Judge makes plea in love triangle case
CHARLESTON, WEST VIRGINIA- A judge pleaded not guilty to corruption charges for having an affair with his former secretary then trying to put her husband in jail after the tryst went sour. Judge Michael Thornsbury now faces trial in October. He is out of jail on a $10,000 bond. The West Virginia State Supreme Court suspended Thornsbury without pay and also suspended his law license.
