Joseph sets Southern record, Jags beat Clark 53-0
BATON ROUGE - Dray Joseph is Southern's all-time leading career passer with 8,182 yards.
Joseph needed only 58 yards going into tonight's game versus Clark Atlanta, and he got the record(and the game ball) in the first quarter.
Southern had one defensive touchdown on the first drive of the ball game, Joseph had a TD pass to senior Lee Doss, and Lenard Tillery added two scores on the ground to give the Jags a 26-0 score going into halftime.
Joseph sat the second half, as the Jags have already clinched a spot in the SWAC Championship game.
