John Schneider, James Roday to ride in Orpheus
NEW ORLEANS - Actors John Schneider and James Roday have been added to the celebrity-filled list of stars riding in this year's Orpheus parade.
They join actor/director Quentin Tarantino as the Krewe of Orpheus' 2014 celebrity monarchs.
Schneider is known for his role on "Dukes of Hazzard" and currently stars in OWN Network's "The Haves and The Have Nots."
Roday is star of USA Networks' "Psyche." Joining him on his float will be his "Psyche" co-star, Jimmi Simpson.
Tarantino will lead the 27-float procession on Lundi Gras Monday, March 3, the day before Mardi Gras.
Orpheus, one of the city's super krewes, was founded in 1993 by Sonny Borey, the krewe's captain, and singer Harry Connick Jr.
