Jindal travels to Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois
Gov. Bobby Jindal's making another trip to Iowa, a state pivotal in presidential elections, as part of a multistate tour to campaign for GOP gubernatorial candidates.
Jindal's office says the governor was traveling to Iowa, Wisconsin and Illinois on Wednesday, all stops in a Republican Governors Association tour of states with tough governor's races.
The Louisiana governor was campaigning for Terry Branstad in Iowa, attending a fundraiser and rally for Scott Walker in Wisconsin and wrapping up with a rally in Illinois for Bill Brady. All three men are GOP gubernatorial candidates in their states.
Jindal was making the trips with Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour, head of the RGA.
