Jindal traveling to New Hampshire this weekend
BATON ROUGE - Gov. Bobby Jindal is heading this weekend to the pivotal presidential campaign state of New Hampshire.
Louisiana's Republican governor, considering a 2016 White House bid, planned to make several stops across New Hampshire on Saturday. The schedule of events was released by Jindal's political action committee, Stand Up to Washington.
Among the list, Jindal will be attending the Strafford County Republican Committee 12th Annual Picnic and the Seacoast Republican Women's Annual Chilifest. He also will deliver the keynote speech at a gala hosted by the Hillsborough County Republican Committee.
It will be Jindal's second trip to New Hampshire this year, and it follows two visits this year to Iowa, another key campaign state for presidential contenders.
