Jindal heading to Florida for Romney event
BATON ROUGE - Gov. Bobby Jindal is campaigning for Republican presidential contender Mitt Romney in Florida this weekend.
The Romney campaign says Jindal will be in Coral Springs on Saturday to meet Romney supporters at the candidate's campaign office.
The Louisiana governor is often mentioned as a potential vice presidential running mate for Romney. Jindal was in Iowa earlier this week for Romney's campaign and has been touting the GOP contender in events and TV appearances around the country.
