Jindal casts ballot for Nov. 19 runoffs
BATON ROUGE - Louisiana's governor and his wife cast their ballots for the Nov. 19 runoff elections this morning.
Bobby and Surpiya Jindal voted early at the East Baton Rouge Parish clerk's office.
Statewide runoffs on the ballot include three Board of Elementary and Secondary Education positions, a number of state Senator and Representative seats, and three judgeships.
Early voting will be closed on Friday, Nov. 11, in observance of Veteran's Day. It will resume Saturday, Nov. 12, from 8:30 a. m. to 6 p. m.
