Jindal announces administration changes
BATON ROUGE- Governor Bobby Jindal is just days away from announcing his plans for the future. On Wednesday he's expected to reveal he's running for president.
Jindal made some changes to his political administration on Friday. Director of Legislative Affairs Melissa Mann will take over for Kyle Plotkin as the governor's chief of staff. Deputy Communications Director Shannon Dirmann is also leaving.
Plotkin and Dirmann took jobs with the governor's presidential exploratory committee that was set up last month. The committee is based in Iowa.
Since setting up the committee, the Governor has made dozens of trips to Iowa and other key political states like New Hampshire and South Carolina.
Back in January Jindal supporters launched a political action committee called "Believe Again," to help pay for a potential presidential run.
