A Jiffy Lube franchisee with more than 400 locations nationwide has agreed to buy 12 stores in Louisiana.

Heartland Automotive Services Inc. says it will buy the Jiffy Lube stores from Cajun Lube and CCR Lubes, hoping to gain a foothold in the Louisiana market.

Terms of the deal were not released.
