A Swiss daredevil known as JetMan finally flew over the Grand Canyon in his custom-built jet suit after backing out last week. Yves Rossy was airborne for about eight minutes, soaring 200 feet above the canyon rim on the Hualapai Reservation. He scrubbed his flight last Friday after saying it would be too challenging without any practice runs. Rossy's team says he flew at speeds of up to 190 miles per hour before running out of fuel and deploying his parachute to land on the canyon floor. He says its among the most memorable experiences of his life.
