BATON ROUGE - Performer and Baton Rouge native Jamie Wax returns this weekend to the stage he first performed his original one-man Christmas show, "A Gift for Lyman Bourke."
Wax premiered the show 20 years ago at the Baton Rouge Little Theater, and now brings the holiday comedy back to the place it all began starting Dec. 20.
The musical features Wax as the elderly Lyman Bourke, who tells the adventures of how he met his favorite radio star as a child.
Tickets for "A Gift for Lyman Bourke" are $29 for adults, $26 for seniors and $25 for students. The show runs from Thursday, Dec. 20 through Sunday, Dec. 23. A matinee performance will show that Sunday.
