Jackknifed semi causes I-10 jam
BATON ROUGE- Westbound lanes of I-10 through downtown hit a crawl's speed Monday.
A jackknifed tractor trailer at the top of the New Bridge blocked all but one lane. At one point, state traffic cameras showed little movement around the situation. Law enforcement were on scene assisting, it appeared.
Westbound lanes were stopped to the I-10/12 merge. The truck blocked lanes for less than an hour.
