Investigators: Dad intentionally left son in hot car
ATLANTA, GA - A Georgia dad was arrested in the death is son after investigators say he left the toddler in a hot car for hours.
Justin Harris is charged with murder. He initially told police he accidentally forgot to drop his son off in daycare and didn't realize he was in the car when he got to work.
Investigators say evidence they have gives them reason to believe otherwise. They claim Harris stopped to get the child breakfast on the way to work. He then returned to the car during lunchtime but never took the child out of the car.
Harris plead not guilty to the charges.
