A spokesperson for Our Lady of the Lake hospital says they're waiting on detectives to give them more information about a fraud investigation involving patient names.

East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office deputies say they found illegal credit cards and debit cards when they arrested Damian Raby. Raby worked at OLOL three years ago. Detectives say they also found printouts from the hospital with 46 patient names and other information.

The hospital spokesperson says they will contact patients once they get a list from investigators. The hospital will fix any safety problems if they are uncovered as part of the case.

Raby did not have a criminal record and passed a background check. He only worked at the hospital for two months in 2006.
