Infant twins die of positional asphyxia
BAKER- Two infants died of positional asphyxia, according to East Baton Rouge Coroner Dr. Beau Clark.
Clark said the infants were swaddled and placed in a crib with thick bedding, and rolled over.
Positional asphyxia happens when the body moves and doesn't allow enough air for breathing.
The deaths were ruled accidental.
