Inclement weather causes flooding in Lafayette and Acadiana
LAFAYETTE- Parts of Acadiana and Lafayette are flooding due to heavy rainfall.
Many roadways have experienced flooding from persistent rainfall and thunderstorms.
Vermillion and Lafayette Parishes were issued a flash flood warning on Wednesday afternoon. Reports say these parishes have received over 5 inches of rain.
