Illegal sales going on in Walker
WALKER- Police took to social media Tuesday, warning about illegal door-to-door sales.
"We have received several reports of the activity, as has the sheriff's office," the post on the Walker Police Department's Facebook read.
Peddling is illegal inside city limits.
"No 'permit' is available to allow anyone to conduct door-to-door sales," police said.
Police asked people to report salespeople who are knocking on doors and selling items.
