PORT ALLEN - The fallout from former Port Allen mayor Derek Lewis's corruption scandal has trickled down to city officials.
And now, the city council has uncovered financial wrongdoings stemming back to 1994.
An audit recently revealed that employees unknowingly received thousands of dollars in Christmas bonuses that were funded illegally.
