I-12 reopens after dislodged grate blocked traffic
WALKER - Louisiana State Police said a dislodged drainage gate blocked traffic on I-12 West near Walker Tuesday morning.
Troopers said the inside lane of I-12 West one mile east of the Walker exit was closed while workers fix the issue. Drivers were told to use use US 190 between LA 63 and LA 447 while this closure is in effect.
The lane was reopened at 1:20 p.m. The Department of Transportation and Development said traffic was backed up one mile past Satsuma.
