I-10 West open after crash with injuries
BATON ROUGE - I-10 westbound traffic slowed to a halt on Wedneday afternoon as an accident with injuries closed lanes and caused afternoon traffic to stack up.
State police said the left and center lanes of the interstate between Siegen Lane and Bluebonnet Boulevard were closed as law enforcement worked to clear the wreck.
All lanes were clear and normal traffic flow was resuming shortly after 4 p.m., according to LADOTD.
