I-10 lane closures planned to repair ice storm damages
BATON ROUGE- There will be lane closures on the I-10 Mississippi bridge this weekend so crews can fix damages left from the winter storm earlier this week.
Raised pavement markers will be replaced Saturday and Sunday. Work is estimated to take place in both directions from 11 a.m. until midnight.
While workers are on the bridge there will be alternating lane closures.
Sand and salt were removed by a sweeping crew Friday evening.
