Update: The West Baton Rouge Sheriff's Department says the ramps will be closed for 3 to 5 hours.

Interstate 10 eastbound on-ramps at LA Highway 1 are closed at this time because of an overturned 18-wheeler.

The overturned 18-wheeler spilled powdered concrete. It is not hazardous and crews are currently working to clean it up.

Both on-ramps from Port Allen and Brusly are also closed at this time.
