BATON ROUGE- Louisiana House Speaker Jim Tucker says the state could feel an impact from the federal debt downgrade.

He did say Washington could learn from the Louisiana requirements that require a balanced budget. Tucker says Louisiana has received four ratings upgrades on its debt obligation, which is not easy to obtain.
