CENTRAL – Fire crews responded to a house fire in the 5200 block of Wexford Drive on Wednesday afternoon. 

According to the Central Fire Department, the fire was brought under control in about 20 minutes. Fire crews located three large dogs in the backyard of the home and animal control was called to the scene. 

The cause of the fire has not been determined at this time and remains under investigation.
