Hottest year on record
WASHINGTON- This year is shaping up to be the hottest on record. The first ten months of 2014 have been the warmest since record-keeping began more than 130 years ago. This data is from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. It says the combined global and ocean temperature between January and October climbed more than one degree above the 20th century average. October is the hottest month ever recorded.
