It is a warm and muggy start to this Monday. We have clear skies with temperatures in the upper 60s to lower 70s.
A weakening "cold" front will be moving into Louisiana this afternoon. This front will tap into the little Gulf Moisture we have over the state and that will give us partly cloudy skies with isolated showers and thunderstorms. A few storms could become strong with gusty winds and heavy rain. It will be hot before any storms pop-up with highs in the lower 90s.
The front will linger over the Baton Rouge area tonight. This will give us mostly cloudy skies with isolated showers and a few thunderstorms overnight. Low temperatures will be in the mid 60s.
I have all the details on 2une In right now. Check us out!
