Baton Rouge - A homeless teenager is in the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison after admitting to a string a car burglaries near Central.
James Roberts, 19, confessed to seven burglaries on Frenchtown Road.
Deputies say he admitted to breaking into a vehicle every other night between February 22, 2011 and March 5, 2011.
Deputies were able to track a stolen credit card back to Roberts.
Investigators say Roberts told them he would take the stolen items and sell them to strangers for cash.
He's charged with 7 counts of Simple Burglary, 7 counts of Theft and 1 count of Access Device Fraud.
