NEW YORK- Some of the homeless in New York City are being treated to some fine dining in Central Park courtesy of a Chinese Tycoon.
It'll be at the Boathouse Restaurant and recycling magnate Chen Guangbiao is offering sesame-seed-encrusted tuna, beef fillet and berries with creme faiche on the menu.
He's also providing entertainment by singing "We are the World" to disprove the stereotype image of rich Chinese mostly spending on luxuries.
He'll donating $300 per person to charity. He's the same guy who tried to buy the New York Times but was turned down because it wasn't for sale.
Coincidently, he announced the lunch by placing an ad in the Times and The Wall Street Journal.
