Holder to speak at intelligence sharing conference
U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder visits New Orleans for a conference where law enforcement officials are discussing how to better share information and intelligence to prevent acts of terrorism.
Holder will speak Tuesday at the fourth annual National Fusion Center Conference.
The Department of Justice declined to say what the attorney general plans to discuss.
Fusion centers were established with the goal of sharing intelligence to combat terrorism.
The conference is bringing together about 1,000 people from state and federal agencies involved in efforts to share intelligence, data and information.
