Holden man arrested after stabbing own father
HOLDEN, La. - The Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office responded to a stabbing Saturday night.
"Upon arrival, deputies secured the scene. A suspect was placed into custody and life-saving measures were administered to the victim," Sheriff Jason Ard said. "The victim suffered from a stab wound to the chest area."
Through investigation, the sheriffs learned that Brandon Ray Threeton used a knife to stab his father after a verbal argument.
The Livingston Parish Coroner’s Office pronounced the victim dead on the scene.
Brandon R. Threeton was booked into the Livingston Parish Detention Center on a Manslaughter charge.
