Natchez' historic Eola Hotel, the Eola Guest House and the Prentiss Club have been sold at auction.
About 20 people attended the auction Tuesday in Natchez,when the high bids were submitted.
Auctioneers said the closing will occur within 30 days of acceptance of the bids by Bob Dean of Baton Rouge.
The bidders' identities were not revealed since the sales are not final.
According to its website, the Natchez Eola was built in 1927 and is on the National Register of Historic Places.
