Hill helps Tigers take lead, 7-3
TUSCALOOSA- The LSU Tigers claimed the lead against the Alabama Crimson Tide as Jeremy Hill pushed his way into the end zone with a 3-yard touchdown carry.
The score comes after a text book drive manufactured by quarterback Zach Mettenberger utilizing his star wide outs to drive down the field 57 yards. The drive was nearly stopped, but a first-down catch from Jarvis Landry put the Tigers in the red zone.
It took LSU 8 plays and 3:57 to score after Alabama's 41-yard field goal.
The Tigers look sharp on offense, but must overcome fumbling errors to tame the Tide.
