BATON ROUGE - State police report on highway condition in southeast Louisiana as of 10:30 a.m. Friday:

Interstate 10 closed from Gramercy (exit 187) to I-310, both directions.

Interstate 55 is now fully open, but exits between I-10 (LaPlace) and I-12 (Hammond) are closed.

U.S. Highway 61 is now open between Baton Rouge and New Orleans. There is water on the outside lane at the Ascension/St. James line, but it is passable.
