Highland Rd. reopens following accident involving18-wheeler
BATON ROUGE - Highland Rd. has reopened after it was closed west of I-10 this morning while crews cleared an accident involving an 18-wheeler.
According to State Police, the truck was jack knifed near Highland Crossing, blocking the road. Highland was shutdown in both directions.
Drivers were advised to use alternate routes, but the accident has since been cleared.
