Hershey sues over milking its chocolate bar
WASHINGTON- What's in a name is the basis of a lawsuit filed by the Hershey company over use of political advertising that looks like its candy bar.
The company sued Maryland State Senator Stephen Hershey, Jr. of improperly using campaign materials that mimic the candy bar.
Hershey wants a federal judge to bar the politician from using materials with the word Hershey "in block text or on a brown or maroon background" and for the senator to pay court costs.
Hershey the politician contends his campaign's action are legal.
